  21. that should be on the reading list of anyone who is a student of
  22. software engineering.  Do not judge an author by the fanaticism of his
  23. desciples.

  25. Dr. Meyer has a *thing* about C.  I don't quite understand why.  I wrote the 
  26. rebuttal that started this thread several months back, because Dr. Meyer made
  27. a statement that I strongly disagreed with.  However, my indictment of his
  28. statement was not also an indictment of the man or his work.
